He's popular, plays basketball, track, etc. we have the same group of friends, and I think I may like him but I kind of back away from the idea because he hasn't show me any signs or anything that he likes me. But it's the little things he does just makes me smile, he makes me forget about my past. Sometimes he sits with me in class, and it makes me so happy but I don't want it to be obvious that I like him. what should I do?
Go for it! He sounds awesome. I would definitely work on your friendship first before anything, that way you have a sort of excuse to hang out with him more in front of your friends. Focus on how he makes you feel, not what your friends think!
And anyways, if they think that, let them! if it doesn’t affect your relationship with him, their opinions shouldn’t matter :)

I definitely know what you’re going through, I just looked through all their prom pictures from tonight and I sat at home… But honestly, no ones cares about how many boyfriends you’ve had, how many people you’ve kissed, etc. Love isn’t a competition, and you will find it once you stop focusing on it! I promise. For now, just turn your attention to other things, the things that make you the happiest. Be happy for your friends that are in relationships, but don’t compare your life with theirs. It’s hard sometimes, trust me, but you will find someone so perfect for you one day, if you wait patiently and don’t get hung up over never having a boyfriend. I hope this helps :)
